How Is Game Key Card? handles suggestions, language preferences and technical data.
1. Controller and scope
Project operator: Alphalonk. Privacy contact: contacto@niakhera.es. This notice applies to the Is Game Key Card? web catalog and suggestion form. It supplements the general niakhera.es privacy policy; it does not describe the Android app or the policies of Google Play or X.
2. Browsing the catalog
You do not need an account, name or email address to browse. The hosting provider, DonDominio, may process connection data such as IP address, time, URL, browser and errors to deliver and secure the website. These server logs are separate from the suggestions table, which does not directly store your IP address.
3. Game suggestions and corrections
The form stores the game, region, format, comments or evidence, language and submission date. It does not request your name or email. Comments and links could contain personal data if you add it: please avoid doing so and do not share private information about others. Suggestions are available only to authorized administrators and are not published automatically. Acceptance adds the release fields to the catalog, not the comments or contact details.
4. Purpose and legal basis
Suggestions are used to verify information and improve the catalog. Processing necessary to manage this voluntary contribution, secure the service and prevent abuse is based on our legitimate interest in operating the project, subject to your rights and interests. Suggestions are not used for advertising or commercial profiling. Submitting the form does not consent to analytics cookies or subscribe you to messages.
5. Retention and backups
Pending suggestions remain until reviewed; there is currently no automatic age-based deletion. Accepting or rejecting a suggestion removes its record from the inbox. An accepted release remains as catalog information. Earlier backups may contain information removed from the live site until those backups are replaced or deleted; deleting a record does not retroactively erase backups. You can ask us to review a pending suggestion or personal information you submitted.
6. Language preference and abuse prevention
If you explicitly select a language, the functional igkc_language cookie remembers the en/es preference on this site for one year. You can remove it in your browser. Otherwise, we use the language announced by your browser. To limit submissions, we calculate an HMAC fingerprint of the connection IP and store it with a counter that stops applying after one hour. Expired records are cleaned in bounded batches on subsequent submissions and may remain stored until that cleanup. The plain IP is not stored in the suggestions table. The plugin does not use it for cross-site tracking. WordPress may also use administrator authentication cookies.
7. Statistics
If you accept optional statistics, Jetpack Stats may process visits, pages viewed, referral sources and technical data to help us understand use of the catalog. You can reject statistics or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Rejecting does not prevent browsing or submitting suggestions. Read the Cookie policy for more information.
8. Data access and external links
Suggestions are stored on this website and may be processed by providers of hosting, security and backup services. They are not automatically sent to Google. Statistics services are only enabled if you accept that option. Links to X, Google Play and other sources lead to independent services with their own privacy policies.
9. Your rights
Contact contacto@niakhera.es to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, or withdraw consent where a specific processing activity relies on it. As the form does not request identification, provide what is needed to locate your suggestion without unnecessary identity documents. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe your rights have been infringed.
10. Changes and questions
We will update this notice if features or data processing change. If you have questions about a suggestion, technical logs or statistics, contact the operator before submitting personal information.
